The Keys to a Successful Transition from High School to Adult Services A presentation focused on young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders Your invited to attend an informative presentation for families with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. The content of the presentation will focus on accessing funding for adult services, an overview of adult service delivery system, and tips for making the transition from high school to adult services a smooth and successful one. There is no fee to attend the event. Light snacks will be served.
