We have a case here in Florida with Herlihy. I have called his lawyer

and spoken to his secretary. I did this yesterday. Praying all day he will

call me back. Couldn't sleep last night. Its the same story except baby was 4

months old. Subdermal hemotoma and broken ribs. Boyfriend was alone with the

baby for just an hour. In two years he has not changed his story he is about

25 makes you crazy. I will try again today to reach the lawyer. He is in

trial right now...it may be too late...

When will this end...

Hi there, I was wondering if you know the identity of the person or can get

any contact info? This mom may benefit from what Alan has learned and the

many studies that he can share with her and legal counsel.
