Dr. Bormann and , of all the members of cures for cancer

I think that you two know the most about biology, chemistry, nutrition and

medicine.

I do not want to mislead anyone or give anyone false hope, but I think that I,

, have discovered the cures for Cancer, AIDS and Hepatitis.

Consequently, Dr. Bormann and , I would appreciate it if both of you

would consider offering to

our group your opinion of this posting and my other posting on this date - 'Top

Doc's two cures - Puzzling?'.

Cancer Cure?

1. TAC is Thiazolidine-4-carboxylic acid.

a. Pure (98%) TAC caused the " ...disappearance of evidence of cancer. "

in a clinical trial conducted by Dr. Gosalvez and Dr. Brugarolas

(6101417).

b. Pure TAC can be purchased at Sigma-Aldrich of Milwaukee and St. Louis.

2. Doxorubicin (DOX, Adriamycin, 'The Red Devil'), forms of -

a. DOX is the most effective anti-cancer medicine (1462166).

b. Quelamycin is supposedly more effective than DOX and is easier on the

heart (7444140).

c. 2-pydox (2-pyrrolinodoxorubicin) is " 500-1000 times more potent than

DOX "

(8637897 & 8692981).

3. RC-3950-II contains 13% TAC (The Cure for Cancer? ,

a. Page 1 - " Tac is part of the peptide structure with the Code No.

RC-3950-II. "

b. Page 2 - " The molecular mass of Professor Schally's 'best BN antagonist'

RC-3950-II,

is 1056.5; that of 'Tac' is 133.18; less is best! "

c. 133.18/1056.5 = 13%.

4. Vitamin C - mega doses of pure (98%) TAC can be swallowed if mega doses of

vitamin C

are also swallowed.

a. The Cure for Cancer? , page 6: " Thanks to Dr. Sprince and his

associates, I, ,

have made a most fortuitous and felicitous discovery; it is one of the

most significant medical

discoveries of all time - In the human body, vitamin C affords

protection against the deadly

toxicity of formaldehyde. " (TAC is composed of formaldehyde &

L-cysteine.)

b. Dr. Gosalvez' 7/20/01 letter to : " ...I fully acknowledge your

important discovery

that mega doses of Vitamin C avoid the toxicity of oral TAC due to

neutralizing the formation

of formaldehyde, a strong neurotoxic... "

Procedure 1 (injections) - Dr. Gosalvez says that 98% TAC & Quelamycin were

successfully

administered to " terminal cancer patients " in U.S. Military Hospitals from

1990 to 2000.

President Bush (41) ordered the procedure to be implemented because of the

influence

of King of Spain (Dr. Gosalvez talked to him).

Procedure 2 (injection) - Dr. Schally's AN-257 which never got beyond laboratory

experimentation.

a. AN-257 contained RC-3950-II (13% TAC) & 2-pydox (9012839, Table 1.).

b. Phenomenal laboratory results were achieved (Table 3.).

c. Divide the DOX numbers by the AN-257 numbers to see how many " times

higher " AN-257

was than DOX in causing the " Inhibition of growth " upon these " human

cancer cell lines in vitro " -

Pancreatic - 335; SCLC (Small Cell Lung Cancer) - 1657; Prostate - 224;

Gastric (Stomach) - 857.

Procedure 3 - (oral & injection) - The GSR (Gosalvez/Schally/) procedure

should produce miraculous

results. Cancer patients would swallow pure (98%) TAC & vitamin C and be

injected with 2-pydox.

Addendum

a. Dr. Gosalvez was Director of Spanish Biochemical Research from 1970

to 2000. He has come out

of retirement and is again associated with the Hospital Universitario,

Puerta de Hierro, Madrid, Spain.

b. Dr. V. Schally is a 1977 Nobel Prize winner in Medicine and is

presently associated with

the Tulane Univerisity School of Medicine and Veterans Affairs Medical

Center, New Orleans, Louisiana.

c. TAC is the primary chemical in the Shiitake mushroom; Lentinan is another

important component.

d. " ...And in both China and Japan, Shiitake mushrooms have been used for

hundreds of years

e. Since February 13, 2000, Dr. Gosalvez has been requesting of the U.S.

National Cancer Institute

that it release the results of the U.S. Military Hospital cancer

procedure.

AIDS cure?

How to build an AIDS virus -

1st step - Picture it the size of a basketball. Picture its key component,

the p17gag protein, the size of a B.B.

2nd step - Cover the entire surface of the basketball with glue.

3rd step - Place B.B.s on the entire surface of the basketball. You might need

at least 10,000 B.B.s

Failure - You cannot build an AIDS virus if you do not have the glue that would

enable

the B.B.s (p17gag proteins) to stick together (Myristoylate) on

the surface of the basketball.

I like to think of it this way - Acetaldehyde dissolves the " glue " that enables

the p17gag proteins to stick together. I think of this as being

" anti-myristoylation " ..

1. TAC is the prime component in the cough inhibitor L-MTCA

(L-2-MethylTHIAZOLIDINE-4-CARBOXYLIC ACID).

2. After L-MTCA is swallowed and flows through the bloodstream it " dissociates "

(breaks apart)

into its components - acetaldehyde & L-cysteine.

Nagasawa et al. (1984) have suggested that L-cysteine fails to lower blood

acetaldehyde levels due to

the ready dissociation in vivo of the L-cysteine-acetaldehyde adduct:

2-methyl-thiazolidine-4-carboxylic acid (j.s.r. - L-MTCA)... "

3. Both the U.S National Institutes of Health (letter to Congressman J.

Visclosky) and

U.S. Centers for Disease Control (letter to S. ) say that

acetaldehyde

can " inactivate " HIV, the virus that causes AIDS.

4. Consequently, it is ' conclusion that as " dissociated " acetaldehyde

flows through the bloodstream

it will " inactivate " HIV.

5. How might this happen? Refer to (89033966 and 90121218) - Japanese scientists

incorporated a form of

acetaldehyde - diethylacetal - into a compound, N-myristoyl glycinal

diethylacetal (N-Myr-GOA)

and achieved these results during two experiments: 90121218 - The abstract

concludes, " ...In this system,

N-Myr-GOA substantially inhibited more than 90% of the N-myristoylation of

p17gag protein produced

in the HIV-1-infected MT-4 cells. These results suggest that the

N-myristoylation of p17gag protein of HIV-1

may be essential in its structural assembly or maturation. " 89033966 - The

last sentence states,

" ...Of the N-Myr-compounds tested, N-Myr-GOA remarkably prevented the

myristoylation of p19gag

and p17gag... " A conclusion - The gag proteins of HIV-1 (p17, p41 & Pr55)

are specifically myristoylated

in their amino termini -NH2. The NH2 terminal myristoylation of p17gag was

particularly inhibited by

by N-myristoyl glycinal diethylacetal (N-Myr-GOA) which may be regarded as

an inhibitor of protein

N-myristoyl transferase. N-Myr-GOA substantially inhibited more than 90% of

the N-Myristoylation of

p17gag protein produced in the HIV-1 infected MT-4 cells. These results

suggest that the N-Myristoylation

of p17 gag protein HIV-1 may be essential in its structural assembly or

maturation. 89033966 concludes,

" The role of protein myristoylation has remained unknown so far, but

protein myristoylation, especially

of structure proteins of human retroviruses, may be very important for the

proliferation and the capsid

formation of viruses. " In summany, N-Myr-GOA strongly inhibits

myristoylation of HIV-1 gag proteins

p41 and Pr55 and severely inhibits the myristoylation of p17gag.

6. L-MTCA contains " pure " acetaldehyde which will flow " dissociated " in the

bloodstream of AIDS victim.

Pure acetaldehyde is more soluble than its " chemical cousin " diethylacetal

(part of N-Myr-GOA)

and should be much more effective in causing the anti-myristoylation of

HIV's gag proteins, particularly p17gag.

7. Besides swallowing L-MTCA, I think it would also be helpful to swallow NAC

(N-Acetyl-L-cysteine) and

vitamin C. Laboratory research (1171591) revealed that NAC afforded 100%

protection and vitamin C

afforded 73% protection against LETHAL doses of acetaldehyde. This fact

should help to " mop-up "

any innate toxicity that acetaldehyde might have upon the human body.

Addendum

I was helped out on Point No.5 by my colleague Mrs. Ann Nickoloff. I

have no conception of the

importance of such things as " protein N-myristoyl transferase " or " amino

termini -NH2 " or

" NH2 terminal myristoylation " .

Also, I do not know what 'gag' means.

Hepatitis cure?

Human beings can swallow mega doses of TAC (Thiazolidine-4-carboxylic acid) if

they also

swallow mega doses of vitamin C.

I think this might prove to be the cure for most liver ailments including

Hepatitis.

Medline contains over 16 million citations.

Type in THIAZOLIDINE-4-CARBOXYLIC ACID HEPATITIS, and you will see only one

entry,

and even for that there is " No abstract available. " .

This is just the tip of an iceberg. 50 pages of an Italian/French study relative

to the importance

ot TAC as a liver medicine have been lost to the world. It is not indexed in

either Medline or Google.

The concluding paragraphs on page 300 sum up all you really need to know:

" B. Wissmer: The importance of thiazolidin-carboxylic acid in liver troubles

of general practice --

According to our experience, with all pharmaceutical specialties available for

the treatment of

liver conditions, we can state that thiazolidin-carboxylic acid is an important

acquisition in this field

of therapy. We observed, in the majority of our patients, a fast improvement of

general conditions

and disappearance of symptoms as loss of appetite, nausea and headache.

Even in patients unresponsive to other drugs we obtained satisfactory results

with thiazolidin-carboxylic acid. This is the best proof of the effectiveness of

this drug: this new compound

may be very useful in the treatment of all troubles of hepatic system in which a

physiologic help

is useful to the liver cell; in this way the liver is permitted to resist the

attack and its detoxication

is ensured. Moreover, the total absence of side effects at therapeutic doses

makes this drug

particularly safe. "

Addendum

1. When the Italian/French research was published in 1972, the researchers

were not aware that

patients could swallow mega-doses of TAC if they also swallowed mega

doses of vitamin C.

2. Both TAC and L-MTCA are related to Penicillin because they contain a

" thiazolidine ring " .
