Guest guest
Yes, I agree, however by the time another appeal goes thru, will be out. Not to mention the hundreds of thousands, if not millions, i dont even know, spent on lawyers. I think he should just finish his time (about a year and a half left, however he signed up for a special program and may very possibly be out in less than a year) and get on with his life. But knowing , that will never happen. He is and always has been a fighter.

Guest guest
Joyce, how can we contact your borther? I would like to send him a letter. I admire what he did and how he has handled all of this. What a crazy justice system we have. We have to stick together and stop this nonsense. Joyce <eatyourseeds@...> wrote: My brother, Vale, had won his appeal. The appeleate court agreed the Judge Gleeson did not follow federal guidelines when sentenceing him to 63 months, the maximum he should have received was 18 months. So he received a re-sentencing...by THE SAME JUDGE!! Does that make sense to you??? So His Honor Genersously gave a whole 3 months off his 63 months sentence. What a man. Guest guest
I am happy to hear that your brother's appeal process is going well for him. Back in Sept. 23, 2004 a local paper The Queens Courier published a letter I had written in his defense. I also wrote to the Honorable Justice Glreeson to do all he could (under the law) to help your brother who had become a target of (then) Attorney General Ashcroft of the U.S. Dept. of Justice and the FDA who needed a sacrificial lamb in their persecution against those who believed ( like your brother Vale) in the freedom of choice. I wish you and your brother all the best. Ciro'
Guest guest
You must have misunderstood, his appeals process is going terrible. I was being facetious when I said " what a man " , about Judge Gleeson.
Guest guest
As far as I could remember your brother was facing a much longer prison sentence (according to email sources and communications) at the time. I was taking that into consideration when I made my comment. Ciro'
