Guest guest
Dr. V. Schally is a 1977 Nobel Prize winner in Medicine, and is associated with the Tulane University School of Medicine and the Endocrine, Polypeptide and Cancer Institute, Veterans Affairs Medical Center and Department of Medicine, New Orleans, Louisiana, U.S.A. Dr. Schally has invented two " magic bullets " for the treatment of cancer. AN-238 includes 2-pyrrolinodoxorubicin. AN-257 includes 2-pyrrolinodoxorubicin and TAC (Thiazolidine-4-carboxylic acid). The Congress of the U.S.A. should immediately ask Dr. Schally which of these two " magic bullets " he considers to be the most anti-cancerous, and how soon, does he think, will it be made available to American cancer victims. History of the chemicals included in Dr. Schally's " magic bullets " - Medline is www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed ; type in the number to see the article. 1979 - TAC caused the " ...disappearance of evidence of cancer. " in a clinical trial conducted by Dr. Gosalvez and Dr. Brugarolas. Medline 6101417 Dr. Gosalvez was Director of Spanish Biochemical Research from 1970 to 2000. 1992 - Doxorubicin (DOX) is the most effective anti-cancer drug in today's market according to Dr. Weiss. Medline 1462166 1996 - 2-pyrrolinodoxorubicin (2-pyrrolino-DOX) (not yet marketed) is invented by Dr. Schally and is " 500-1000 times more potent " than Doxorubicin (DOX). Medline 8637897 and 8692981 MAGIC BULLET NO. 1 - Refer to 'Researchers Identify New Kidney Cancer Treatment', http://www1.va.gov/resdev/news/press_releases/kidney-cancer-053100.cfm first released on May 31, 2000 and updated 06/07/2004. Look at the 6th and 7th paragraphs; Text - Schally likens AN-238 to Ehrlich's " magic bullet. " Ehrlich, recipient of the 1908 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine, said " we must learn to fight microbes with magic bullets. " Ehrlich himself discovered the magic bullet, salvarsan, that was long used to treat syphilis. Schally said scientists tell him " the world has been waiting one hundred years for this compound. " AN-238 consists of 2-pyrrolinodoxorubicin (AN-201), a superactive cytotoxic agent, linked to a somatostatin (SST) carrier octapeptide.... " ________________________________________________________________________________\ __ MAGIC BULLET NO. 2 - Refer to Medline 9012839 (January, 1997) - 'Design, synthesis, and in vitro evaluation of cytotoxic analogs of bombesin-like peptides containing doxorubicin or its intensely potent derivative, 2-pyrrolinodoxorubicin'. Look at Table 1. AN-257 is composed of 2-pyrrolino-DOX-14-O-glt-B3. B3 - look two steps up, and you will see that B3 contains Tac (Thiazolidine-4-carboxylic acid). Look at Table 3., and you will see how many " times higher " AN-257 was than DOX (Doxorubicin) in causing the " Inhibition of growth " upon these " human cancer cell lines " (Divide the DOX numbers by the AN-257 numbers) - Pancreatic - 335 SCLC (Small Cell Lung Cancer) - 1657 Prostate - 224 Gastric (Stomach) - 857. S. , The Cure for Cancer? , http://cures for cancer.ws/tac-cure.htm Post Script - In correspondence to me beginning in July 20, 2001, Dr. Gosalvez said that TAC and Quelamycin, a less toxic form of Doxorubicin (DOX), were administered to " terminal cancer patients " in U.S. Military Hospitals from 1990 to 2000, and he thinks the procedure was a success. The procedure was initiated because of the influence of King of Spain and President Bush (41). P.S.S. - Doxorubicin (DOX) is also known as Adriamycin and 'The Red Devil' because of its color and toxicity.
