Thanks for replying to my fermentation question. I remember seeing the

redundant phrase " mix with cottage cheese, (fermented) " . So I began questioning

the sillyness of that statement. I was afraid I was going to have to start

drinking water that was wet or wearing shoes that I put on my feet, if you know

what I mean.
