Hi everyone,

I am chelating my 11 yr. old son for the second time this weekend. we began on friday morning at 9 am and are using the ALA alone and supplements (vits. c, e, p-5-p, selenium, biotin, co q 10, b12, royal jelly, taurine, milk thistle combination, among others). My question is that during this round of chelation he seems to be excessively thirsty, has less of an appetite and seems a bit tired. his behavior has been quite good overall, I have not noticed any increase in BMs just more frequent urination but I would assume that is due to his increase water consumption. this excessive thirst was not a part of what he did with the 1st chelation. Has anyone else found this with their child or when chelating themselves?

also, is anyone out there doing the chelation with ALA alone without medical testing or a Dr. on board? I would be interested in your feelings on this, if you would like to contact me privately feel free to do so

Hi ,

My daughter will be 8 in July too. I give her 25 mg of DMSA and 12.5 mg of ALA.

If she has this sort of behaviour, I suspect yeast.

Dagmar.

[ ] 2nd round of chelation

Hi, we started Machaelas 2nd round of chelation Friday afternoon, she

will be 8 in July and weighs 60 pds..we are using 30mg of dmsa and 30

mg of ala..today she is very vocal (no words just screeching) very

giggly and laughing at everything and trying to do sassy things and

then laughs, trying to do everything possible to get her father mad

then running to me and laughing...Ok its so nice to see her happy all

the time but question is...is this normal or should I lower the

dose..I will only be able to do this round untill monday at 0800...so

it will be just under the 3 day recommendation..should I wait 11 days

or can I start round 3 next friday...Thanks for all your advice...

Hi Dagmar, I gave her a few drops of GSE..I noticed her stool also

looked different..Or is there something else I should be giving her??

Does your daughter weigh less?? I was following the basic guildlines

or why are you giving less?? Are you seeing any improvement? and do

you think I should do the chelation every weekend? I wont be able to

give her the full 3days of chelation untill she is done with

school..I am only able to give from friday afternoon at 3:30 untill

monday am at 0800...What day was your daughter born on..?? Machaela

was the 10th...
