Guest guest
My sister's 3 kids all have chicken pox right now too... but, she's like 10 hrs away from me... so, I can't expose my dd to it... I was thinking maybe she could send me a letter after touching the paper to her kids and maybe that'll infect mine? lol Alison On Mon, 25 Feb 2002 13:00:23 -0500 " Kathy " <felbatol@...> writes: > So come on over. Guest guest
if anyone on this forum lives in the bay area in california and comes down with the pox, please let us know! ryan's going to be nine this summer and hasn't had them. although he's had some sort of a rash when he was younger; don't know what it was. who knows, maybe he's already had the pox and we didn't even know it. i had it as a kid and it was, for us, anyway, no big deal. i can remember having to stay at home, jumping on the bed, glad to be able to stay home from school. LOL... kim Re: we have chicken pox! > In a message dated 2/25/02 1:03:58 PM Eastern Standard Time, > felbatol@... writes: > > > > And yes I did expose her on purpose <gasp!> Only took once. > > > > > > I am jealous! Guest guest
unfortunately, it's hard to expose ......... I mean, incubation is 14-21 days and they are most contagious during the fever right before the pox erupt ..... not to say they aren't still contagious after the kids break out, but I would see that as being a little harder for the kids to catch. best wishes to all of you out there whose kiddo's haven't had them. <G> ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh what fun lol
