Guest guest
Hi guys, On the local news tonight I heard an upsetting report about SSD. For quite some time it has been known that the emphasis is on denying new claims. The news tonight explained why that is. The number of applications for SSD has sky rocketed since the economic recession. In fact the number of new claims has exploded since the economic collapse of 2008. They reported Social Security gets 3.2 million new SSD claims each year, and that the program will run out of money by 2017. That is only six years from now. Is it any wonder why they try to deny as many claims as possible? I know of only one person recently who got approved. I also know of two others who got disapproved. Yep, I guess the report is accurate. I personally know of a two to one ratio in denial of claims. Those with HIV are in for a very very difficult financial time in the years to come.
