I would rather take olive leaf extract from http://www.herbalhealer.com/

for my pneumonia but I have learned how to use garlic instead. I have

not had $20 for oliveleaf this time.

If I have fluid or mucous or pcp white paste filling my lungs then I place

sliced and peeled garlic pieces, organic if possible, in nostrils and

breathe past them for a while. Five minutes to two hours is good.

If my lungs hurt or sting all around I eat garlic.

For any infection, eat garlic.

For any respiratory or sinus infection, try breathing past the garlic.

Pneumonia for two months. I have not been this sick since 1990.

There are free clinics I just found out about but I'm kind of busy

helping people. Priorities.
