I have been taking MMS 1 for some time now and would like to add MMS 2 to the protocol for HIV, but I have heard someone saying that MMS 2 is not very safe yet. Do you know anything about this? Guest guest Posted May 26, 2011 Report Share Posted May 26, 2011 Hola Mara, I have. I used it for about 20 days or a month. I had two bottles, the citric acid and the agent. I started with one drop of each. leaving it to react for about 2 min and add a drop every day. (then add 500 ml of water) Tis is so the body gets used to it. It can give you a slight diarrhea, in which case you can go back to a lower dose the next day. What happened to me is that soon after I got shingles, but probably didn´t have anything to do with the MMS. I stopped it for no reason really.
