Heard this meds prevents infection

It works 60-70% of the time. Not much prevention, maybe delay?

Any AVR reduces the risk of transmission. This reduction in risk is not limited

only to Truvada. It is best to take Truvada in combination with other classes of

AVR's. Your doctor should know this, but a lot of them don't know it.
