Guest guest
Hi everyone, Thanks for the update Randall. As some of you know I was never without meds. However this group has influenced me and I now take probiotics. I drink more green tea than ever. And I supplement my meds with vitamins (mostly antioxidants and D). The probiotics I take are from Greek yogurt. The brand I eat now is Chobanl because it is on sale in my local market. It has a wide spectrum of probiotics which I think is good. After a week I notice no change in my health at all. Probiotic pills from my health food store have to be kept refrigerated. This is an inconvenience and I think would mess up my routine for taking my meds. Eating yogurt is the best way for me to get these probiotic cultures. I had my labs done again and everything is normal except my lipids and T cells. Carbohydrates are messing up my lipids and I have to stop eating them. Currently this is the big challenge for me. I love pastries, biscuits, pasta, and sweets. This problem with carbohydrates has been persistent for over a decade and may have nothing to do with my HIV or the meds I take for HIV. It probably has more to do with aging than anything. How's Your Health These Days? Hi everyone, I have not forgotten about the group whatsoever. I, like many of you, have had alot going on. I was wondering about you all. How is your health these days? How are you guys feeling? Did anyone decide to take the meds or is most everyone still not taking them? I'm in my full 5th year now since diagnosis and still haven't taken meds as of yet. Recently, my health has been getting better and better. It's almost weird but I'm not complaining! I am still taking colloidal silver on a regular basis, a daily multivitamin, a daily probiotic, 200 mcg selenium, and I drink 4 cups of hot green tea and honey everyday. Sometimes I get in the mood to pull out my zapper and use it too. Something seems to be happening in my body as of recent (in a good way). I had a few health issues last year and part of this year but they are all gone except for the chronic sinuses and ear infections but that is connected to serious dental problems that I can't put off much longer. I don't have a job and no insurance but I'm feeling better than I have in years and hoping that soon I feel good enough to work again. So please guys update the group on how you're doing and how long you've been diagnosed positive and not taking meds. Of course, I hope to hear that everyone is doing wonderful. I also hope that everyone's found some good therapies that seem to make them feel good like I have. Hope to hear from you guys! Best Health Wishes, Randall
Guest guest
Randall, Glad that you are doing so well, along with many of us. I have been off the meds for almost 6 years. I only take low dose naltrexone, which I believe helps one's immunity. Many are doing the same thing, including Tommy on, boxer and actor. Lots of us are doing this, we are just spread out over the world. Next month my latest book will be out, AIDS The Biggest Medical Blunder in History. Half the book is about AIDS and the other half about health issues, including a chapter on cancer, thermography, bio-identical hormones, and LDN. One can survive quite nicely by following the natural laws of health!
