Well I'm more friends with his partner , but is dying right

now from AIDS and this might be 's last known photo, and here is his

partners message to they Facebook group I am a part of:

" Hey guys.. I just found out from our HIV Dr today... He have told that

AIDS not killing him. His t-cell count is 331 and he said that his heart

and lugs is very weak right now. As today.. He is holding his own right

now and the organs is slowly shutting down and his body is eating at

the musles now.... I have have a little hope in my heart that I can

still save him.. Here is a 2 ?'s.. Is it to late to save him and is

there a heart pill out there that can get the heart strong again.. He

needs 2 sugries right now.. Gail stones and putting in a pace maker.. So

tell me what you think..Please help me in anyway you know how.. "

So there you go, T-Cells are NOT a determining factor.  is bad shape, bed

written and expected to pass soon but is clinging on to life.  Yet according to

his Cell count, he doesn't even have " AIDS. "   When I asked if he was on meds

told me he was on trizivir and viramune for 10 years.  His vital

organs are shut down and that's what the medications did to him.    I am

going to try all I can to save this man's life.

that story is amazing!!

I was at a clinic recenty were I could peek over a chart of viral load and

cd4 and cd8 counts, and I saw that there was a woman with 2% cd4s. (For some

reason they now seem to be using a % rather than a total value for this...)

And when I asked the lady who was dealing with that about that person she

said that she didn´t know her, but that there was a man who would " always

come out with 1% " , and nonetheless looked perfectly healthy...

Very disturbing to hear.  I hope he pulls through Don.  Interesting with the

t-cells and all.

Oh gosh this just made me really sad.  So Don you think it's really the meds

that f***d this guy up?  Do you know anything else about his lifestyle?

They just told me that his viral load is only 1224.  Which is nothing, my

doctor used to tell me that people with AIDS usually have a viral load in the

millions.  I'm learning all I can about this situation.  Just comes to show

that numbers are meaning less.  I'll get more info on his life style.  All I

know is that he's gay.
