Guest guest
I bought the movie at itunes ($14.99) this weekend and watched it. You can also rent it for $3.99 as well. I just wanted to mention that the movie features a couple who adopted a baby girl from eastern Europe who tested negative for HIV before leaving the country. When the couple arrived back in the US, they immediately went to the pediatrician for a check up and follow-up testing with their local doctor. The baby girl tested positive for HIV. The couple was told she wounldn't live long. They immediately put her on AZT and she became very ill. The adopted grandparents heard of Deusberg and shared his feelings on HIV with the parents. The parents contacted and explained their situation. He said get the baby off the drugs and they did. They briefly showed a beautiful young adult who was supposed to be dead a long time ago. I wish they had shared more details about her life, but they didn't. At any rate, there's another individual who has lived with HIV and without the drugs for a long time. The movie talks about the importance of " HIV co-factors. " Many scientists are beginning to admit that HIV alone will not give someone AIDS...
