Guest guest
I tested positive 6 years ago, but God only knows how long I had already been " positive. " At that point, I had been an IV drug user for 5 years. Living the fast track lifestyle and being an IV drug user should have given me AIDS a long time ago. And according to my bloodwork, I have AIDS...or almost AIDS (tcells 229). The doctors told me to go on the meds immediately six years ago. Instead, I stopped doing drugs...all drugs. And cigarettes! I started doing ozone daily. I started taking supplements regularly and I changed my diet to 50% raw. Like I said before, I had a viral load of 225,000 one visit and three months later, I had a viral load of 50,000. Didn't feel one bit different. Honestly, if I didn't have ozone, I would probably be afraid. And I would probably have AIDS, too. HIV, to me, is an indication that your immune system is compromised. There is evidence out there that says retroviruses appear when we are immune compromised. It's not that they're sexually transmitted; they are just there. But always feeling like you're behind the 8-ball, always in fear of getting sick..all these things contribute to people like Hugo saying fuck it, I'm taking the meds. And you should do what makes you feel comfortable. But if in the back of your mind, you're always going on the meds at some point, then you may as well be on the meds. It's such a mental game for us. To go against the system...to challenge the medical establisment. Have you guys read " Fear of the Invisible " by Janine ? Everyone needs to read that book. When we truly realize that money, power, fame, reputation and many other things that have nothing to do with health actually affect governments' and doctors' decisions for our health, we really should not be afraid to take our own health in our own hands. And nobel prize winner Kary Mullis says that for several years he went to prominent AIDS researchers, including Luc Montainger, and asked where is the scientific paper that shows HIV causes AIDS. He never got an answer because there is not one. Find Ed McCabe (Flood Your Body with Oxygen) and ask him if positive people can achieve negative status. It happens. After five years of ozone use, why not me? Probably because of my drug use. Ozone cleans whatever it comes into contact with first. But, I still don't have any opportunistic infections. In fact, I reversed anal cancer. Made it through a TERRIBLE flu...if I can just get my toenail back!!! I'm not going to say never because my mother told me to never say never...you will eat your words. So, I'm not going to say that I will never take the meds, but I will be one sick ass motherfucker before I ever eat that shit! LOL! Fuck the doctors and fuck HIV. I love my body. I love my health. I love my supplements. I love every single day that I can get out of bed, go to work, earn a living and spend time with my family and friends. And by the way, none of them know I'm positive. Guest guest
Does that mean he has never taken the meds or he has been on and off? Thanks for sharing From: Noreen <noreenelaine@...> Subject: Re: VOTE FOR FUNDING FOR AIDS RESEARCH cures for AIDS Date: Thursday, June 10, 2010, 7:54 AM Â A friend of mine is going on 24 years without the meds. Many on the website living without HIV meds are do so too. As one, who has been there done it, my suggestion to many is not to jump on the " HIV " bandwagon without cause, meaning if you are not extremely sick and dying, why would you do so. Any opportunistic disease can be treated the same way that HIV negative persons would be treated. I agree, so why poison your body? Now, having stated that, many of us have many health issues beyond just being labeled with HIV. For one, I have the XMRV or " mouse " virus, which trust me is real. I have suffered with it, RNASE-l Dysfunction, Elastase, heavy metals, etc. for many, many years. My main problem was not getting the proper diagnosis so therefore, I wasn't being properly treated and wasn't getting better. At current, until new medicines are designed for the " mouse " virus, the HAART is the only effective way. I certainly do not wish to take it but right now, there isn't any options. I do not wish to go back to not being able to get off the couch again, not being able to function in life, and the all the pain associated with fibromyalgia. This isn't living! Rounds of the proper antibiotics with assist with the other issues and I'm still having heavy metals chelated out. My advice to all who have unresolved health issues is to search for the answers yourself, as you cannot depend upon doctors to do so. It's been a long journey, but now I feel that great progress has been made to solving years of my immune issues. My take on this HIV issue is mainly fear, fear of the virus, fear to take the meds, fear not to take the meds. Step back, all of this is ridiculous. Yes, it is easy for me to say, realizing that everyone's mental attitude is different about this isuue, but nevertheless, it is a very real problem for many. I think that most have to decide how they really feel about the HIV issue, once that's done, the decision on how to proceed should be easy. Guest guest
I'm sorry that you feel it doesn't make sense but that's what happened. Â The semen must have entered the open cut and got mixed in with my blood. Â The HIV specialist stated that this was definitely high risk with an open cut in the mouth. Â This was the only risky encounter I had. Â The only other person I had anal sex with was my ex and he is still HIV negative today. Â One point in time, I read that oral sex was very safe with a very low risk of transmission, then on another site I read that there is " some " risk involved if you have open sores in your mouth. Â Just like with the treatments and the way the virus works in different people, I also feel that transmission of the virus is not totally understood as sometimes freak accidents CAN and DO occur. Â You can't always put everything in a box. Â So once again, I'm sorry that it doesn't make sense to you but that's what happened. Â The guy assured me that he was clean and that I had nothing to worry about. Â He said that he had been tested recently, but was upset when I would allow him to have raw anal sex with me. Â Hmmm, go figure 'eh? Randall From: Doug <dougman1@...> Subject: Re: VOTE FOR FUNDING FOR AIDS RESEARCH cures for AIDS Date: Monday, June 14, 2010, 5:43 PM Â Hi Nonyo, Whay you say here does not make sense. If you had a cut in your mouth that was bleeding then you probably did not get HIV from that cut. Even if you held the cum in your mouth against that cut for a considerable period of time it is not likely you got infected that way. HIV has to enter the body to infect one. If you have blood flowing out then HIV cannot get in. In fact that is one of the purposes of blood is to cleanse a wound. It flows out so infection cannot get in. Only after the bleeding stops can infection get in. You must have had other nonbleeding sores in your mouth if you got infected orally. It is rare and unlikely you got HIV orally. Saliva alone kills the HIV virus. HIV is a very fragile virus and dies instantly outside of its enviornment. Digestion begins with saliva. Saliva and HIV do not mix at all. That is why oral sex is considered safer sex. It is very rare to get HIV orally. > > From: Sylvain Gagnon <happytype@...> > > Subject: Re: VOTE FOR FUNDING FOR AIDS RESEARCH > > cures for AIDS > > Date: Tuesday, June 8, 2010, 9:43 PM > > Are you working for pharmaceutical companies? Guest guest
Dear Randall, That is awful. Oral sex is a very low risk activity, but there is some possibility of transmission. What is the chance that you pull a hang nail and some one cums in your hand and you get the virus from it? That is the kind of risk we are talking about. You must have had some other cut in your mouth. Perhaps soreness around your teeth from brushing. This is how most oral transmission occurs. It is possible so I cannot and will not say you are mistaken. It is tragic. There are people out there that are intentionally passing this virus to others. That is one of things that brought laws about HIVers having sex. A lot of people are in jail now for the same thing that happened to you. I am not saying you should report your incident, nor do I agree with the HIV sex laws. I think both participants have a responsibility during sex. I simply avoid high risk activity during sex and I have found I prefer to have phone sex, which is totally safe for everyone. Guest guest
But the risk is still there. No matter how " rare " it may be. People say there's a 1 in a million chance to get it that way....well, what if you're that one? I was infected orally too. I caught my penis in my zipper one night at a club while I was peeing in the restroom. I didn't see blood but I knew I had pinched it or possibly broken skin. That night I hooked up with someone HIV+. What were the chances. Although he did admit to me he was HIV+ we had already engaged in oral sex. After that I got the Flu and experienced all the symptoms at the same time my appendix had ruptured. Doctors blamed my symptoms on my appendix but I insisted I get tested when it came back positive. From: Doug <dougman1@...> Subject: Re: VOTE FOR FUNDING FOR AIDS RESEARCH cures for AIDS Date: Monday, June 14, 2010, 12:43 PM  Hi Nonyo, Whay you say here does not make sense. Guest guest
Ok, we'd better keep this group focused on [aidcured] alternative ways of dealing with AIDS. Â Hahaha! Doug, phone sex ... ewww! Â Hahaha. Â I did do alot of that in my earlier 20s but that does NOTHING for me now. Â I'm not going to go into details about my current sex life as that is not the focus of the group, lol, but I will say that I feel just as responsible as the other party about my transmission because never once did we discuss our hiv status. Â As a matter of fact, I remember hearing a voice inside my head that very day that said " do not go over there. " Â I'm not kidding, it was like a tugging of the spirit but I ignored that voice and went anyway. Â Yes, my gums do bleed when I brush at times and more than likely, I brushed before I met him (as many of us do when we meet someone new). Yes, I firmly believe both participants have a responsibility during sex. Â Technically, even if I went to the clinic with the guy before we had sex, and we both tested negative, it doesn't mean we are ACTUALLY free of the virus because one of us could have been infected the day before and it not show up! Â We have to be responsible for our own actions which is why I never blamed it on him or expected him to " pay. " Â It's the risk that I agreed to take. Â Not saying it makes it ok for someone to lie and knowingly put someone at risk, just stating that everyone, like you said Doug, should be responsible during sex. Â It is a crime and who wants to end up behind bars? Â All the more reason to be honest and not get involved in situations that will lead you in trouble with the law. At this point, the technicalities of how I got it doesn't matter because bottom line is " I got it, " and I have to deal with it and so life goes on. Â That's why we are here at to deal with our health status in a natural, alternative way. Â People who come here are opting to not go with the " mainstream " way of treating this disease. Â Some of us will hang in there as long as possible without the drugs meanwhile some of us (potentially all of us) will eventually " give in " as it takes it's toll (God forbid). Â We just have to hope it won't be too late by the time we " give in. There are the only ones that benefit from the research. Years ago, a researcher from a fortune 500 pharmaceutical company wrote on this very group that it did not take long for them to find the cure but that the company was not interested in it. All they want is to keep patients on meds for as long as possible so they make more and more money. Funds for research is just increasing their revenues. > > ________________________________ > > From: Hugo da Silva <hsanches1990@...> > > cures for AIDS > > Sent: Wed, June 9, 2010 11:12:35 AM > >
