I don't know if I will want to switch meds. I'm tryin to find an alternative to stop them now. Guest guest Posted June 21, 2010 Report Share Posted June 21, 2010 I think we first have to learn what the problem is once he goes to go get checked out. I offered a possibility of what it could be and how he can treat it. I do believe he might be having oral thrush or Candida. Some probiotics and grapefruit seed extract can clear that up. Then again it can be something else. After I was given a steroid shot when I lost my voice I ended up with thrust. It was a pain in the ass. I ate a lot of yogurt and gargled Grapefruit seed extract. I have an appointment set to meet with a Dr this month but his rates are high ($295 just for consultation then $125 per treatment). I found another Dr. who charges $94 per ozone and discount that rate if you buy a package. He said he has pain in his lungs. How could it be oral thrush? C'mon! It sounds more like pneumonia to me. Does it hurt when you inhale or exhale or both? If it hurts only when you exhale it could be pleuracy, now also known as pleurodynia. I had that once it was caused by the acie virus and I caught it on an airplane. If it hurts on both inhale & exhale or on inhale alone I would suspect pneumonia. You should have a chest x-ray done. The sooner the better. Ask for a copy of the radiologist report for your self.
