Guest guest Posted June 20, 2010 Report Share Posted June 20, 2010 Are they white? You might be getting a minor case of thrush or candida. I experienced that when I took a steriod shot once because I had a bad case of Acid Reflux that burned my voice box. i would go get it check out just to be safe. I can spread and become very uncomfortable. It can mean a few things. In our case it can mean the immune system is low or there's an imbalance of good bacteria and bad bacteria in your body. Remember that meds kill the good bacteria in your body. I take my probiotics to avoid that. Try to scrape a little of that circle and tell me if some white stuff gets under your nails. That can be a sign you have a fungal infection.
