I would easily chew it... I am really glad to be a part of this group, thank you all! I came across this post this morning regarding the Flax Hull Lignans. I read the testimonials and was quite impressed. Has anyone here used this product and how did it work for you? My main issue right now is rapid weight loss. In many of the testimonials it seems people using the Flax Hull Lignans regained weight, and I am hopeful this will work for me. I eat alot, have increased my carbs and protein intake but still losing weight, does anyone know if doing a colon or liver cleanse, maybe cleaning out the gastro-intestinal tract will help me absorb food better? (of course I wouldn't want to lose any more weight while doing the cleanse) Or should I just try the Flax Hull Lignans? Does anyone know from where to order the good stuff?, ARAI Concentrated Flax Hull Lignans that are extracted through a cold mechanical process. Natural not chemical. Guest guest Posted February 10, 2010 Report Share Posted February 10, 2010 How are your bowels? You might have some irregularity in your stomach or intestines. I would recommend you getting on Probiotics (good bacteria) you may not have enough good bacteria in your system. Meds tend to kill them if you were ever on meds.  Probiotics (also called Acidopholus) will work wonders and regulate your stomach. The one I use is once a day called PB8 you keep it refrigerated to keep the bacteria cultures alive. From: helpjoe35 <joethames94@...> Subject: Re: DR. Guest guest Posted February 10, 2010 Report Share Posted February 10, 2010 How are your bowels? You might have some irregularity in your stomach or intestines. I would recommend you getting on Probiotics (good bacteria) you may not have enough good bacteria in your system. Meds tend to kill them if you were ever on meds.  Probiotics (also called Acidopholus) will work wonders and regulate your stomach. The one I use is once a day called PB8 you keep it refrigerated to keep the bacteria cultures alive. From: helpjoe35 <joethames94@...> Subject: Re: DR. Don I just started last nite actually with the probiotics/acidopholus. Its metagenics Ultra Flora Plus GF. Supposed to be loaded with good culture bacteria. I'm thinking also that it's irregularity in my stomach or intestines. stool seems fairly normal but have to go more regularly -3 times a day sometimes 4. So absorption seems to be the problem. I took some antibiotics in early December along with Apo-Zopiclone to rest my nerves and be able to fall asleep for it was around this time i learned of my +status. anyway rite around the new year my tongue became coated sometimes yellowish/ & black. I thought it was candida or thrush or oral hairy leukoplakia, but I was told from my naturopath that it was just a cultured tongue possibly from the antibiotics and Apo-Zopiclone. So I'm thinking the coated tongue and the irratable stomach/intestines is a possible sign of yeast overgrowth from the good bacteria that was killed off. So I'm hopefull that taking the probiotics to restore the good bacteria will solve these 2 problems and hopefully I regain some weight aswell with the flax hull lignants. I'm just wondering if the probiotics will be enough or if I should have done a colon cleanse to get rid of some of the yeast first. Guest guest Posted February 11, 2010 Report Share Posted February 11, 2010 Candida is truly a nasty pest that is very, very difficult to shake. I use Syntol and Healthy Trinity for my probiotics. You really get what you pay for, as far as probiotics are concerned. They're obviously not the only good ones, but Syntol AMD helps to eliminate yeast. That's where diet comes in, too. If you're eating the Standard American Diet, you can forget about getting rid of the yeast. Juicing fresh vegetable is a great way to incorporate raw foods into your diet as well. Eat as much raw foods as you can and that helps alot.  I think the MMS is another great yeast fighter...
