I've been wondering if my great recent zapping affects can also be contributed to electroporation (spelled wrong? lol) of recent juicing i just started....I was told that spinach, garlic, ginger and carrot, juiced would lower my cholesterol, so a few days before getting my zapper and at least every other day over the last week that i have been usings kens zapper... Guest guest Posted February 9, 2010 Report Share Posted February 9, 2010 I have read that if you do not chew garlic, then it's not as effective. So, to avoid all that, I resort to something that sounds pretty gross. I press a couple of big cloves and then cover it with saliva. You can put a piece of candy in your mouth or something to make alot of spit. Then I take a fork and mash it all together into a paste, pop it in my mouth and swallow it like a pill with a big glass of water. That way, it doesn't get all in your mouth and make your breath smell. However, if you've ever eaten garlic for a couple of days, it will begin to come out of your pores.  I don't think there's anything you can do for that... From: donjuan69uni <donjuan69uni> Subject: Re: DR. I also take kyolic garlic occasionally--the liquid stuff. I put it in a capsule and swallow, or insert rectally. It's really good to help with yeast too, by the way. I am currently yeast cleansing to eliminate that problem, which I understand is common to most everyone, and definitely anyone dealing with any sort of illness or infection. Especially after doing antibiotics, yeast tends to take over the areas the good bacteria were living. So I am on a yeast cleanse and I take a good acidopholus capsule before bed to help restore the good bacteria to the areas yeast has been flushed out of. I would easily chew it...
