Guest guest Posted February 11, 2010 Report Share Posted February 11, 2010 Hugo, I've been taking them for more than a year now. I don't get bloodwork, so I can't speak for them regarding their effect on VL and CD4s. However, they are great for the gut. I do so much in regard to supplements that I can't honestly say that I can tell a big difference from the lignans and not other things. I know that I feel great and look great. What do you suggest? A one month tub of the organic stuff from Osumex is $33 and a one tub organic from flaxlignanhealth is $42. I just want to get the best stuff. Any ideas anyone? Also how do you take yours? Do you just chew it with food or mix it in a drink? Are you taking 1 scoop or 2 a day? Thanx for any advise. What do you suggest? A one month tub of the organic stuff from Osumex is $33 and a one tub organic from flaxlignanhealth is $42. I just want to get the best stuff. Any ideas anyone? Also how do you take yours? Do you just chew it with food or mix it in a drink? Are you taking 1 scoop or 2 a day? Thanx for any advise. Guest guest Posted February 12, 2010 Report Share Posted February 12, 2010 I've heard from different sources that the lignans from www.flaxlignanhealth.com are superior to others. The man who came up with the process to extract the lignans says that the idea came from God. He has patented the process and uses all the proceeds to deliver the lignans to starving orphans in Africa. He's out there helping people; delivering nutritional support to people who have none. At the end of the day, I feel like I'm helping myself and others by using their product. I have taken 4 scoops/day for a year and will probably cut back soon on all my supplements. I put them in a small amount of water and drink them. They taste good to me; very nutty, whole grain flavor. You can add them to a muffin recipe or put them in yogurt, too. Definitely, one of my favorite products... Guest guest Posted February 12, 2010 Report Share Posted February 12, 2010 I've heard from different sources that the lignans from www.flaxlignanhealth.com are superior to others. The man who came up with the process to extract the lignans says that the idea came from God. He has patented the process and uses all the proceeds to deliver the lignans to starving orphans in Africa. He's out there helping people; delivering nutritional support to people who have none. At the end of the day, I feel like I'm helping myself and others by using their product. I have taken 4 scoops/day for a year and will probably cut back soon on all my supplements. I put them in a small amount of water and drink them. They taste good to me; very nutty, whole grain flavor. You can add them to a muffin recipe or put them in yogurt, too. Definitely, one of my favorite products...
