Guest guest
The other really good thing for sinus infections is NOT to take antibiotics. Antibiotics don't get to your nasal passages anyway and antibiotics kill the good flora in your digestive system, causing all sorts of other health problems. Instead, drink salt water (made with sea salt) through your nose and spit it out your mouth. Do this every night and morning to help clear out your sinuses. I think that sometimes taking the drugs can kill other pathogens you may be having problems with. However you have to be careful because those drugs are toxic and they kill your bone marrow and eventually make you unable to produce T4 cells at all. However you should not just quit the drugs like that. You need to wean off of them and preferably with a doctor who is homeopathic or anthroposophic who can help you with your other possible health problems. Guest guest
I don't think taking the meds is the right thing but if you can't afford effective alternative therapies like ozone, tetrasil, Immuno-QR, a rebounder, and good supplements, it might be the only solution covered by your health insurance. If you can afford it, try one of the cures that worked with many, improve your eating habits, stop drinking coffee and tea. At the end, it will only improve your health. Guest guest
A rebounder is not expensive. A one-time investment of less than $300 for something that can last a lifetime with a minimum of maintenance is not expensive. Even if it only lasted 10 years (mine has a lifetime guarantee) that would amortize to less than 10 cents a day. Most people spend many times more than that on just water. Even the cheap rebounders that end up in the garbage after a few weeks cost no more than a buck a day over their usable life. Rather than taking expensive supplements, consider getting your nutrition from fresh, organic produce. I haven't taken any supplements in more than 15 years and I think I'm in better health than most people half my age. As to the taking of medicines, you can only do that if you're continuing to patronize HIV/AIDS doctors. Anyone who has seen the evidence of what these quacks have been doing with our money for nearly 3 decades would have to be crazy or very stupid (or maybe both with a little bit of brainwashing thrown in)to even consider going back to them. Guest guest
Ed, I just bought a rebounder from someone selling it in the area. What are the best excercises? Is there an online site that gives specific ones? I assume you don't just jump up and down on it (though that is fun). Thanks, D <aidsisover@...> wrote: A rebounder is not expensive.
