Know what I think? I think anyone who treats " HIV " medically or otherwise, is misinformed, has no understanding of health, or is just plain foolish. But, I am always interested in other viewpoints. We have a diverse culture and I am one of the very few and my partner who are open and willing to investigate all avenues. We are creating a website with alternative views not just that of pro HIV/AIDS lobbyists but a diverse section covering all views from all parties and let the individual make his/her final decision. I have suffered greatly under the ARV regime and have had many set backs and am always interested in what input others may have to live a healthier lifestyle. Guest guest Posted November 10, 2006 Report Share Posted November 10, 2006 i've been a member of this group for a bit now but have never written anything until now. alot of you want us to believe that there is not such thing as the hiv virus and that we as gay men shouldnt feed into the hysteria that there is this horrible gay virus thats going to kill us. so answer me this. how is that you can take a perfectly healthy man who goes to his doctor regularly and has his yearly physical, does all things that his doctors tell him to do to remain healthy, like practice safe sex, eat healthy....exercise. he doesnt drink or smoke. he does the hiv test thing and it always comes back " negitve " . yeah i know...the test doesnt mean crap....as many believe. anyway! he meets a guy and gets caught up in the special moment(s), and has unprotected sex with his partner who is, or as some of you believe, isnt , " positive " . now this perfectly healthy who has never been sick a day in his life starts to feel ill. his health rapidly declines. his body changes. energy/appetite is gone. so if we are to believe that there is no such thing as the hiv virus...what is making this man and thousand like him sick? AND why is that if a healthy individual recieves a pint of blood from the bloodbank and that blood came from someone with the non-exsistent virus....that person who recieved the blood develops many and all symptons associated with this non exsistent virus. ive seen alot of friends, as i'm sure many of you have, waste away to nothing. and it wasnt b/c they were taking trim spa! all had developed the same symptons b4 passing on! so tell me! what is killed these people? and dont say the meds. i have a friend who damn near died b/c he didnt take the meds. he was on IV in intensive care b4 he decided to go on them. he lost 40lbs off of his 165 frame..couldn't breathe. and this happend all in the span of 6 wks. he was in the hospital for 2 months. so what happened to him? this isnt an attack on anyones belief. i'm just trying to understand. The only pandemic that kills thousands daily in South Africa is malnutrition and lack of clean water, i.e., poverty. Thousands of Americans die everyday too. Most are the results of doctors and the chronic disease conditions they create. I don't know the specifics for SA, per se, but despite the pandemic, the overall the population of the African continent is growing much faster than that of the US. I have no doubt in my mind that eating African potatoes is a healthier choice than taking " ARVs. " I hope they are yam or sweet potatoes, as these are tastier and more nutritious than white potatoes. Perhaps they will help alleviate some of the malnutrition. ARVs certainly won't. But, the real problem that I see for you, is that you're treating a virus. The " V " word. Voodoo. If you don't examine the " HIV " theory with scientific scrutiny and see through the bullshit, you are doomed. Who of us REALLY know what the answer is. If we did, we sure as hell wouldnt be here. We all have to go through this in our own way. Searching for whatever works for us. This group is a place, or at least I thought it was, where we could turn for information and then figure if it was right for us. I take ARVs and have for 13 years, and for ME its the right decision, but I still like to come here just to see if there might be an avenue right for me. Quit judging people and just do your own thing, it might not be for everyone, but just please stop all the judging. After Finding Out My Test Result, I Was Scared And In A Depressed State Of Mind. All The Stress Completely Drained Me. I Was A Wreck. Then Out Of The Blue I Went Online And Typed In Hiv Hoax, And I Discovered Information That Probally Saved My Life. If I Didn't Know What I Know Now, I Would Most Likely Be On Meds And So Whatever The Doctors Tells Me To Do Without Asking A Question. I Feel Absolutely Fine And I Have Never Been On Meds Of Any Sort. I Have A Very Physical Job As A Loader In A Warehouse. I Am The Best Loader At My Job. Now How Could A Person Who Has A Terminal Disease Have More Strength And Stamina Than Someone Who's Susposedly Not Infected? I Also Go To School Full Time, So Im Always On The Run. I Think People See The Commercials,Magazines,And All The Famous People Advertiseing These Hiv/Aids Campains And Freak Out. Or Hear Stories About Someone Dying Of Aids Without Knowing The Whole Story And Get Tricked Into Taking Meds. For Me Im Going To Live My Life Stress And Worry Free. Guest guest Posted November 16, 2006 Report Share Posted November 16, 2006 Hmm. Ive Been Susposedly Infected For 3 Years. I Had Unprotected Sex 3 Years Ago, And Has Only Been With 1 Person. After Finding Out My Test Result, I Was Scared And In A Depressed State Of Mind. All The Stress Completely Drained Me. I Was A Wreck. Then Out Of The Blue I Went Online And Typed In Hiv Hoax, And I Discovered Information That Probally Saved My Life. If I Didn't Know What I Know Now, I Would Most Likely Be On Meds And So Whatever The Doctors Tells Me To Do Without Asking A Question. I Feel Absolutely Fine And I Have Never Been On Meds Of Any Sort. I Have A Very Physical Job As A Loader In A Warehouse. I Am The Best Loader At My Job. Now How Could A Person Who Has A Terminal Disease Have More Strength And Stamina Than Someone Who's Susposedly Not Infected? I Also Go To School Full Time, So Im Always On The Run. I Think People See The Commercials,Magazines,And All The Famous People Advertiseing These Hiv/Aids Campains And Freak Out. Or Hear Stories About Someone Dying Of Aids Without Knowing The Whole Story And Get Tricked Into Taking Meds. For Me Im Going To Live My Life Stress And Worry Free. Why Would You Take Medicine If Ur Not Even Physically Sick. I Wouldn't Take An Advil If I Didn't Have A Headache. Plus There R Many Other Non Toxic Forms Or Medicine Or Herbs U Can Take That's Good For The Immune System. But The Health Care Industry Is Anti Alternative Because Its Not Profitable.
