Sorry , I've had no access to a puter for awhile... I do have blood tests

about every 6 mths, but only coz its free , and I enjoy being a smartass to

the clinic Dr who warned me I might go downhill fast because of my age (was 52

when became poz.) 4 yrs ago.

My health is just fine, largely due to my attitude I think... I honestly

hardly give the virus? a second thought. It took me a fair bit of reading to

get to that stage, and its something you cant pretend, you must be convinced

100% in order to get the mind/body computer functioning to its optimum .

I do have my own little protocol , since this has made me more health

concious, but its largely common sense stuff.

As you are interested in cd4s, well they are all over the place , 4yrs ago

380, 18 mths ago 260, 6mths ago 920. They do not correlate to my health in

any way.

As i said, if the brain is programed with a fatal diagnosis, the body will

surely get you to that point. Similarly the opposite can occur, There is no

protocol that can outsmart our subconscious. But since I know you want

more concrete answers than that sort of waffle -)) this is what I did

prior to that 920 count, I had 3 sessions with a body talk practitioner, you

I have also been taking a 1/4 tspn of glyconutrient powder morning and night (

not the mannatech variety which is 75% fillers ) But hey my next count

could be 200 it really is a variable fig from day to day.
