Sharon Mom to (10, DS) and (6) Whoooohooooo HI I am so excited you'd think it was Christmas heehee Sara, Tater-Tot and myself are off to FL tomorrow Ona (a lurking list member lol) called me up this afternoon and asked if I was up for a trip to the beach......heck yes I said lol Ive only had my family here for a week..new baby and DOG so Im now packed and ready to go heehee This is so unlike me, to be this impulsive.......I usually take 2 weeks to get ready for a trip but heck what does one need when off to the beach You all behave while Im away (Ill be home Sunday).....I will miss you all terribly hey I'll be in Panama City if anyone is near by. Tim called me today to see if I wanted him to find a cabin to rent for Christmas. He found one and it's only 30 minutes from Pops (my dad!). Its on a lake in the woods. We'll have to get a tree there and take three cars just to get us all there (with presents, food, decorations, dog, cat, etc.). My dad and sister will probably stay with us, too. This is the best Christmas present I've had yet! We can go to midnight mass at our old parish It's one of my favorite Christmas memories (now that I've been away for this long). Now I am going to pray for snow, lots and lots of snow............ We have a state park near home up in the mountains that has chateaus with fireplaces in the woods and cabins. It is beautiful there and always booked especially during the holidays. We used to rent two of them and my sisters and our families would stay up there. I haven't been Catholic long but I love midnight mass and we get to have our first one at home in our neighborhood parish. They have an incredible choir. I am looking so forward to it.
