Hi , I'm sorry to hear that you are not feeling well but I admire

you so much, sticking with the LL breathing. My husband also has a

bundle branch block. I had no idea what that was. We found out because

of trying to switch insurance companies and it was a question. Since he

has an enlarged heart from a virus, he called his cardiologist to ask and

sure enough he has one of those too. Hopefully it will not cause you any

trouble. He found out about his heart 10 years ago and is doing fine

altho he has to be on meds for the rest of his life. We probably should

watch the DVDs and do the breathing together but for now I just need to

do it!!!!! Each one of you is an inspiration and you should be proud of

yourselves.

Chris

Always a joy to see you post on the list. I think we should really focus on

our breathing and post often to keep encouraged; especially with all the

inspiration she gives us.

Keep on Lifelifting!

Hello dear ,

You are such a courageous woman. How can we help but be inspired by your

positive words and your determination.

When I was a child I was diagnosed with a severe heart condition. The doctors

told my parents I would suffer all my life with it. I was not allowed to take

gym classes or swim or run like other kids. The good news is that now at the age

of 65 I have no traces of that heart condition. I have complete faith in you

that you will with your marvelous attitude and willingness to work for it, will

someday feel strong and healthy. You certainly deserve to feel great.

Thank you Wanda and and for your caring, heartfelt messages to .

It warms my heart to see such caring here. You are all so wonderful.

Be blessed, be healthy and take good care,

Rashelle

This is the latest with me...seems like it will never end. I am doing my LL,

but not quite as enthusiastically as I have been distracted. I was told by my MD

and then a Cardiologist that I have a LEFT Bundle branch block...the cardio

thought it might have been caused by the wrong medication being given to me. I

have HBP and I am overweight by about 40 to 50 lbs.

Now, ALL OF THAT BEING SAID...

I am so glad you are all here. I am going to do my LL...with the DVD for the

next week every single day...I will not relent. I will start my day with those

stretches as I did in the fall. I do remember how good that felt.

And I will not worry about a BLIP on a EKG chart.

My second grandbaby is on HER way and I will be strong and able to help.

LOVE TO ALL OF YOU,

Sheila, this group ROCKS....even if you forget to post!
