Guest guest
I was suprised to see on the back page of the new Girl Scout catalog for 2001-2002 a picture of a beautiful girl with ds modeling the new slogan shirt which says " Girl Scouts- For Every Girl Everywhere. " I'm going to e-mail GSUSA and thank them for it.

Guest guest
I saw that catalog, and I agree, very cool! I buy a lot of clothes for from Land's End. Not only do they have lots of clothes with the elastic, etc., they also have clothes for kids, not for mini- adults. I get so discouraged when I go to dept. stores, and even Wal Mart. wears a size 7 or 8, and all the clothes in the 7-14 range are designed for teenagers, and even then, some are a little too much. Land's End also puts out a uniform catalog. Our schools in Mobile County wear uniforms, and I also order from that catalog. In the latest edition there is a great picture of a beautiful girl with DS, in a school uniform. Double kudos to Land's End! -- Sharon, Mom to (9, DS) and (6) > Hi, > I was just looking at the kids catalogue from Lands End, and not only do they > carry plus sizes, and have many styles with elastic waists bands and elastic > ankle bands, (some things we decided our kids may need), but there was also a > pic of an adorable boy with DS as one of their models. > > Very cool, in my opinion!!!!! > > ~ who will probably buy stuff from there just because..... > > Click reply to all for messages to go to the list.
