Our grocery stores all went through union busting some years ago, but they all did so there's no choice. Kmart will overcharge you every time they get a chance, they don't put the sale price in the computer and then will argue like crazy if you complain. I could go on and on. I got paid LESS at Kroger and a hell of a lot less bennies. At Walmart I get vacation,Personal time,insurance,401K,stock options ect. as a part time employee. Full time is 29 hours. Find a job that has a union that compairs with that. Remember I have a high school education and NO collage. A child with a Disability(ie. Doc appointments,surgeries,ect). I couldn't find any other jobs in the area to compair. Also they are working well with my OWN disability.
