I didn't mean you personally, , or anyone else for that matter. ly

I think the use of tissues is a waste of trees period. We use handkerchiefs

exclusively. Takes us six months to go through a roll of paper towels

because we use cloth kitchen towels and newspapers whenever possible. Wish I

could come up with an acceptable alternative to toilet paper! We don't

recycle, we reuse and toss. Don't feel comfortable sending discarded paper

to third world countries where slave laborers, exposed to all sorts of

dangerous chemicals without protection, is used to turn the stuff into

stationary and toilet paper. Instead of recycling, we just avoid buying the

products.

Kleenex would just be a slang word for tissue. I would not criticize

any of you for saying Kleenex but my mom says that she is a teacher

and she should be correct.

The way schools are permeated with commercials these days, may Kleenex is

giving the school a kickback for mentioning them by name. :^)

I saw a Puff's commercial last night. Every kid had a box of tissues on

their desk and a little girl comes in carrying three boxes of Puffs, while

the commercial narrator tells the tale of why Puffs are better!
