You'll usually know when to get out of the sauna . . .

Just start easy so you'll get a feel for it. . . I

regularly use mine at temps up to 130 degrees for

fourty minutes. . . And, at times, I don't get a good

sweat going at that . . . Other times I do.

What I would watch for is a increasing heart rate, or

feeling of faintness or a feeling I've got to get out

of there (I call it desperation). As long as you stay

well hydrated and use your common sense, you should do

fine.
