Yesterday at the DuPage Work Group, State Representative Patti Bellock expressed

a lot of interest in helping with this issue. It was brought up that the issue

has been raised several times and not really gone anywhere. Maybe with Patti's

help, we could get this addressed. It would be great if families who are forced

to privately pay for services could at least get a tax break. Are there any

folks out there who are privately paying for services? Are you able to claim

this on your taxes as dependent care? I will share any responses with

Representative Bellock with your permission.
