Another Risperdal Question

Dear Group:

I need to ask how long it took for you to see some change in your child's

behavior after starting Risperdal. I know the doctor's nurse talked to me

a bit about this, but now with everything going on, I cannot remember. I

know that it varies with each child and my daughter is taking 1 mg at night.

I feel like we are living a nightmare right now. I can deal with my

daughter having autism (not like I have a choice), but these over-the-top

obsessions, SIBs and aggression are so awful. I feel like she is a tortured

soul, and I don't know how to help her.
