Did you mail your ballot, yet?

Please, check your box and get it in the mail as soon as possible.

Vote! Every single vote is important.

Didn’t get your ballot?

Call the American Arbitration Association

Is your ballot damaged or misplaced?

PLEASE – Do not in any way alter your ballot or the envelope. They will not

count your ballot if you do.

Once the envelope arrives at the AAA, they will check your name and address to

make sure you are eligible and only vote once. They won’t open it. Then after

it’s been verified, they will remove the yellow secret ballot envelope and mix

it in with all the yellow envelopes. Ellen, Gordon and I are all going to be

present when this happens. The AAA has a good reputation and I am confident they

will administer this process with the utmost reliability.

What do you need to do?

VOTE!

Follow the directions on your ballot and VOTE.

Don’t let anyone “help†you. There are reports of union organizers trying

to get people’s ballots. Be smart.

IF anyone approaches you and offers to take your ballot or help you with your

ballot – get their name. Please email or call me immediately. Or email or call

the American Arbitration Association - there number is listed above. We must do

what we can to hold people to an honorable standard.

Thank you.
