Nice note and good idea!!! Thanks for sharing. You might want to consider logging on to www.jjslist.com to comment on the good service in this particular office. Sharing this kind of information, good and bad helps other families make decisions about businesses and other places that are disability friendly and helps give the good guys a wider public applause and it gives the not so good guys a potential reason to be better...
