Guest guest
Hello Dear Tom and All, Wonderful news, Tom, and we are with you in spirit at this homecoming! It's great that the pastor is also a farmer, as both skills and professions are needed there. On the parties, it's good you are scheduling them for the week between, as we are now trying to gather all monies together and make sure we have all contribs before we send to you. I'm checking in now with (we haven't gone to the PO to collect mail recently, so your check may be there), Wams wetu (and " LA " in DRC, w/whom you have a link...to us, she remains a woman of mystery, haha!), and Chifu on your contribs, as they are the backbone of our gift-giving. Did you send checks, or will a PayPal amount be coming? Any other contributors can do so by the DEC 20th deadline (PayPal best if you wait till Thursday, so we have everything by FRI the 21st, and can transfer over the weekend). The transfers will be to: Hezekiah Nyaranga (reachout5@...), Onyango (geogias@...), and Mwende Mwinzi (here in the USA, at mwendemwinzi@...). If we have any funds remaining, I'd love to be able to send something for a party for the HIV+ children at a home in Nakuru, which a close friend there is currently organizing (posting on this was abt 10 days ago). Thanks immensely and happiest of holidays to all!
