Thomson <thomson@...> Dear Colleagues, I am working with an undergraduate student who is interested in the current social, cultural, and policy dynamics of international adoption in sub-Saharan Africa. Can anyone point us to current literature on this topic? I understand that most African states have had policies that have limited adoption in the past. Are there any countries in particular where these policies have been rewritten in the light of AIDS orphans? Are there any researchers who have been focusing on this topic? Many thanks, Thomson Department of Anthropology Pacific Lutheran University
