It is astonishing and disgustful that the

Investigatory Powers Tribunal has not upheld

Our case .

The British government's position is that the

Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000

provides adequate safeguards, so the government

doesn't want this change. The same government

also admits that the Investigatory Powers Tribunal ( http://www.ipt-uk.com ) set up by the Act has never

upheld a complaint, of this or any other kind.
