Guest guest
Hi , Arthritis is a disease of cooked foods. Start to eat more raw foods, it may be harder to do in winter, when fewer fresh fruits & vegetabes are around but try. At least aim to eat a higher percentage of your food raw. Cherries are also good for gout-which you might have. arnold

Hi Arnold, I have very bad hypoglycemia and need a complete protein throughout the day. I don't think that raw foods can do this for me but they can be a suppliment to protein.
