Fw New York Action to Get Office of Professional Medical Conduct Reform Legislation

The New York State Legislature is in its final Month. The State Senate is

blocking Reform of the Office of Professional Medical Conduct (OPMC) which

has been making life impossible for holistic doctors in the state. The

Senate is controlled by the Republicans and they have some members in New

York City that can make a Significant difference in the actions allowed by

the leadership which tightly controls what action is taken. Senator Kemp

Hannon, Chairman of the Health Committee has been so strongly opposed to

Reform of OPMC that in order to get a vote on the Senate floor we have to

put pressure on Senate Majority Leader Joe Bruno of upstate Rensalear and

Saratoga Counties. If you live in a district with a Republican State Senator
