Attention Cancer Survivors:

I wanted to tell you about a very important research study

we are conducting in conjunction the National Cancer Institute.

Over the next few months we will be scheduling a series of

telephone conference calls with cancer survivors, or in other

words " people who have been diagnosed with cancer in the past

but now are in remission or have seen their cancer go away. "

The purpose of the study is to develop new resources

concerning " complementary and alternative care " and so we

are seeking survivors that either sought or considered seeking

complementary or alternative care which includes (but is not

limited to): homeopathy, herbs, dietary supplements, imagery,

biofeedback, yoga, chiropractic, energy healing, acupuncture,

hypnosis, relaxation therapy, massage, spiritual healing, etc.

Dates and times vary, but all participants will receive $75

to thank them for participating in a 90 minute conference.

If you would like to participate, please assist us in getting

back to you in a timely manner by replying to this email with

the following information:

1] Your NAME and AGE?

2] TYPE of cancer you were diagnosed with,

and HOW LONG AGO was your last treatment?

3] Your PHONE #, and the BEST TIME to call?

4] Your ETHNICITY and your HIGHEST LEVEL

OF EDUCATION completed?

Thank you for replying with all of the information

requested above. Please feel free to forward this to

anyone you think may be interested in this study.

Regards,

Bass
