Guest guest
2-3 large handfuls of any dark greens (turnip or radish tops, chard, etc) 2-3 large handfuls of lettuce greens (preferably romaine) 1 handful cress or arugula 1 cored apple 1 cup cabbage (red or white) romaine or lettuce cucumber pineapple apple ginger Those are two of my favorites. The first is my daily juice, the second I use as more of a cleansing juice. I didn't put kale on the list because the amount of juice you get from it is worthless - much better to eat it. Guest guest
It is called a Breville. I did a bit of internet research and since I am on a budget, couldn't afford the $300.00 models. This one was rated one of the better budget models and I found it on Amazon for about $100.00 including shipping. Just had my first glass of juice using 's daily recipe after raiding my garden for lettuces and radish tops and I must say it was very tasty!
