Kees Braam Dear Sir, dont confuse Tumeric with Curcumin, curcumin is the yellow pigment in Tumeric. You probably place Tumeric on your vegetables, not curcumin. An 18:1 concentration of this yellow pigment from Tumeric will produce a 95% concentration of curcumin.
