Dear Sir,

dont confuse Tumeric with Curcumin, curcumin is the yellow

pigment in Tumeric. You probably place Tumeric on your vegetables, not curcumin.

An 18:1 concentration of this yellow pigment from Tumeric will produce a 95%

concentration of curcumin. Curcumin is a small part of Tumeric. 2 gm curcumin,

is

divided into several daily portions.
