You will now have the same right as British or Australian troops (for anthrax vaccine only) to decide whether or not you really want it. You heard right: you now have the right to say " No thanks! " It is possible that the President could invoke a presidential order stating that servicemembers must take the vaccine without informed consent. However, given the lack of ay biological weapons found in Iraq or Afghanistan, and the upcoming presidential elections, it is almost 100% certain that he will not do so.
