Guest guest
FDA today has finalized the " final interim rule " on anthrax vaccine that has been pending since 1985. This was used by FDA today to say the vaccine is not experimental. However, the federal register brief on anthrax vaccine noted there was no data on inhalation effectiveness when published in 1985, so FDA is apparently finalizing this statement also, which could help us in court. I say apparently because I have been unable to access their ruling on the FDA website. This still does not change the fact that the vaccine has been experimental for all soldiers until now. It is another piece of evidence the judge will consider when making a final decision on the vaccine. It may or may not strengthen the government's case, but in no way makes it airtight.
