I almost fell off my perch when I heard the last few sentences of this on

the evening news!!

This is wonderful news, and I can't help but think this will help those with

less than honorable discharges will be in a much better position to get those

upgraded now. There is no telling what all the ramifications will be. The best

of

which is NO MORE UNWILLING Anthrax vaccine victims! What a great

Christmas present after 5 1/2 years of fighting against the AVIP.
