Guest guest
Quoting from the Wired News story Tom Rempfer just posted: http://wireservice.wired.com/wired/story.asp?section=Breaking & storyId=808851 & tw=\ wn_wire_story " The official said that any service member who refused to get the shots would be dealt with on a case-by-case basis until the court resolves the issue of whether they can be made mandatory. " A preliminary injunction was granted yesterday, effective immediately. That means that the shots are NOT mandatory at this time, and that no one can be " dealt with " --unless the DOD wishes to be in contempt of court. Please share this information with everyone you know in the military, for it would be a shame to become ill from a shot you really did not need to receive. The judge did not give the military extra time to write up and disseminate new policies. His order very clear said that DOD was in violation of 10 USC 1107, Executive Order 13139, and DOD Directive 6200.2. In order for DOD to not be in violation of the laws of the land, it must stop forcibly administering this vaccine. Meryl
