You know I live in Wales in the UK now (from California) and I have to

constantly explain WHY people in the US are so stupid and actually take

this all seriously...............and believe what is on the news from the

propganda wing at the white house

Actually the backup plan is probably to issue Glad bags to everyone and when all

else fails open the bag, place over your head and tape very tightly around neck.

Makes about as much sense.

The last few years even the military duct tape is pathetic, and won't stick

well. Maybe Osama knew we were going this way and set this up years ago? Ha Ha

Just before I went into the VA hospital on 12-Feb-03 (again, and as

always for complications of my getting the anthrax shot), I suggested

calling the duct tape idea " Duct and Cover. " Brought back memories of

" put your hands behind your head, put your head between your knees, and

kiss your ass goodbye. " We had to do this foolishness back during the

Cuban Missile Crisis in junior high. We then lived in Arlington, VA,

and school was about five miles from the Pentagon. We'd have been

reduced to quarks before we ever heard the boom.
