Guest guest Posted May 11, 2006 Report Share Posted May 11, 2006 I need to vent and ask again..What do we tell our little ones to do when they are confronted with mean comments from kids about the way they look. Aedan is 3. Playing in the playground today these boys he was attempting to play with stared at him and told him his face looks like a monsters'. I stood back to see how aedan would react and he growled and screamed at them, taking the role quite seriously I guess. We talked later about what he could do if someone says something mean to him, I told him he could get help or walk away. But I admit it sounds a bit lame.
