Description on the group site:

This group was created to gather parents and families of children with

'Congenital Ptosis'. Congenital ptosis is also characterized as droopy

eyelid. The droopy eyelid can be caused by weakness in the eye muscles that

control lid movement. In severe cases, a child may have to tilt their head

back in order to see straight ahead. The group is here to exchange personal

experience, offer advice, support and share photos of our beautiful kids.

Nikki Janman from this group has already joined our group (you may have seen

here post)

Description on the group site:

Welcome! This group has been set up to support families of children with

congenital ptosis. Ptosis is a defect in the development of the muscle which

raises the eye lid. It can be found in one or both eyes. It is more commonly

known as a droopy eyelid. Ptosis is largely classed as a cosmetic problem

but in some cases vision on the affected side can be reduced. The only cure

for ptosis is surgery. Children with ptosis may tilt their head backwards in

order to see better. The group is here to offer support, advice, share

personal experiences and photos of our lovely children pre and post op.

Has 5 members, founded 2006
